I first received a verification on August 26th mentioning my card wouldn't be charged until my item was shipped. I was charged later that day, but told my item was on back-order and it would take 2-3 weeks. I sent an email inquiring when it would be shipped approximately 2.5 weeks later and was told it had been special ordered and would take another 1-2 weeks to ship. I inquired again 1.5 weeks later and I was told the item was out of stock and they would refund my money. There was absolutely no consistency in the information I was being told along the month period that these crooks held my money.
