This is my second time shop on theshop. The first time was good. However, the second one was really really awful. It was 20 days after they shipped the package. I didn't receive it so I reported a missing package to the customer service, they told me to wait 10 business days to let them figure things out. But After 15 days, they told me to wait one more week and then again. I talked to the manager, he first asked me to wait another 90 days. Really? Then, he even suspected me did receive the package but reported it's missing. This is definitely a ridiculous manager and customer service I've ever experienced.
