At first I admit that I did have some reservations about theshop... specifically how could they sell their merchandise at such discounted prices. Well, I still don't know how they do it, but they do and I've taken advantage of their great pricing structure several times. I did have to return one item (sunglasses) because they did not fit right. However, there was no problem in doing so and the return was quick and easy. I'm excited to do my Christmas shopping on theshop!
