I made 2 orders. The first one has been arrived, but the second put on back order for 2-3 weeks after the payment . How that could be?

This experience has been terrible. I bought my husband a watch as a gift and it will not keep time - we discovered this almost immediately. After repeatedly emailing customer service, no one will respond to me in any way. Based on the information on their site, the watch should have at least a 3 year warranty. I'm now out hundreds of dollars and devastated.
