Ive seen my watch sell for $130 at the mall, and no less than $90 on amazon, found it on the for under $70, and it only took a few days to arrive! Will buy again and will recommend 👍

Bought an older, but new ladies Baume at a great discount. The manual and instructions that came with the watch from B-ut of date, incomplete and misleading. It was a chronograph with multiple dials and a confusing large second hand that was only active for elapsed seconds in chronograph mode, not normal time. I called the B-y customer service line and got a rep who said that she would send me an updated manual for the watch as what came with the product was generic. The substitute manual was just as bad as the generic. Finally, the factory customer service rep said it needed a factory re-calibration and I had to return it through thex since thex was not an authorized dealer. I called thex and spoke to Izak in customer service. He was great. He knew the watch inside and out and helped me reset all the chronograph mode dials which the factory rep did not have the foggiest idea how to do. The watch now seems to be fine. Just great customer support and service.
