Not sure how Trust Pilot comes up with an overall 5 star rating for this company. Doesn't seem to add up considering the percentage of 1 star ratings. At any rate, my review on the store is based on the lack of response to several attempts to establish a correspondence with the theshop. s were ignored and the representative literally just stopped responding when I ask about the slow response to emails.

I will admit I was a little on edge about buying a expensive watch online. So I said what the heck lets go for it and boy was I surprised. I got the product within a week and it is 100% authentic at the fraction of the price. Great warranty that comes from theshop. Keep in mind it is a grey market watch meaning it does not come with a factory warranty but who really cares? If you have an issue with the watch just send it back to theshop and they will fix it or replace it. That's awesome because I bought a watch from a jewelry shop once and they had to send the watch back to the manufacture to have it fixed and it took 5 weeks. Do yourself a favor don't pay jewelry store prices and try out theshop.
