Company got my watch in for repair 11 weeks ago, said it would take 6-8 weeks for the repair to be completed. When I contact them I get a different story every time, from "we can't seem to find it can I call you back?" (to which they never call me back). I call back then get told "oh just another 1-2 weeks". The company clearly has lost or damaged my watch beyond repair and is trying to buy more time for themselves. I suggest that I just want my money back, they laugh. I suggest that I may have to get my credit card company involved and I get threatened with the customer service associate saying "oh well thanks for letting me know you're going to do that, I'll just keep your watch then, bye." I won't stand for this and I suggest no one ever does business with this company.

I was searching for a good deal on a Tissot automatic dress watch and was about to make a purchase elsewhere except that the seller was overseas. That's a gamble. All other US-based sellers had much higher prices. theshop just happened to have a sale on the exact watch I wanted that was lower than the overseas sellers. I took a chance (first time buyer) and was pleasantly surprised. Watch was factory new with all the paperwork (manual was in a different language though, but no big deal), price was excellent, and shipping was literally the next day. Very few companies can match that. I would gladly purchase from theshop again.

I've bought few items there, cannot complain they were as described and in excellent condition, great price. Shipping was good as well.
