The first time I received my watch, it was a broken one. I even wonder they never check their product before they post it? Then, I send it back. For almost one week no any answer for me. When they answer me, they just said post it back. So in the end I post it. And the services told me she will refund my the shipping fee, but it has been two weeks and no any feedback. I am so disappointed about their service.

Ordered two watches. One for me and my wife. We are both delighted with the quality of both watches. this is not the first time we have used theshop. We have ordered several watches and they have all been excellent. They are authentic and come with a great warranty. I will be always getting my watches from theshop as you can not beet the combination of price and quality.
