I ordered a Cartier Ballon Bleu In February 2016. It was new, and would start / stop repeatedly. Eventually it would stop more than run, and I returned it for Service (they would not replace it) at a shipping cost to me of $ 65. That's fine, I expect to pay for the return ship. However, the wait to have it repaired has been lengthy, and they do not respond to emails well, you have to call and wait typically half an hour to speak to someone. Then its "just another couple of weeks". It's now June 2016 and still no watch. I hate to do it, but I will begin pursuing a credit card chargeback soon as I feel there is very little customer service support. Prices at theshop are good, which is why we all buy there, but the savings really isn't worth it when you have a problem. In retrospect, I should have paid a little more and purchased at a local full service dealer.
